EndoTalks is more than just a patient organization; we are a movement dedicated to transforming the lives of those affected by endometriosis in the Czech Republic and beyond. Through expert-backed education, political advocacy, and direct support, we bridge the gap between patients and specialized healthcare.

We don’t just watch; we act. We actively advocate for systemic healthcare reforms to improve the standards of endometriosis treatment.
Championing better care since 2021: Our advocacy contributed to the launch of the first Czech accreditation for endometriosis care, resulting in a network of 8 officially certified Highly specialized centers (CLE) nationwide. Beyond this national framework, two additional centers already provide care meeting the same elite European standards (EuroEndoCert), further expanding the reach of expert treatment across the country.

Impact Beyond Borders
At EndoTalks CZ, global cooperation is in our DNA. We proudly represent the Czech Republic within the World Endometriosis Organisations (WEO) and share our experiences at international events like World Congress on Endometriosis, European Endometriosis Congress and SEUD Congress.
In strategic partnership with Czech Strategic Technologies, we promote innovation and specialized care during international health missions and diplomatic briefings worldwide.
About Endometriosis
Endometriosis affects every 10th menstruating person of reproductive age (approx. 250,000 in the Czech Republic and 200,000,000 worldwide). However, actual number is likely higher due to the disease being significantly underdiagnosed – diagnosis takes on average up to 10 years. Public awareness of this disease is still woefully low. And why is that? The most common symptom of this disease is paralyzing pain of menstrual cycle, which doctors and the public often do not take seriously. Up to 50% of women with endometrioses are dealing with infertility, which is a very sensitive and intimate issue. We still do not know exactly how the disease originates, nor how to cure it 100%. An invisible disease where women suffer unbearably both physically and psychologically. Patients with endometriosis need to be heard!
